Platform 16 is a 1,100,000 square foot, 3 building campus on a full city block along the Guadalupe River Park. The 16 outdoor terraces, integrated with every level of the buildings, provide unobstructed views out and allow daylight in to the building courtyards and interiors of the large open floor plates. The articulation of the building façades’ different geometries, materials and colors creates a dynamic architectural presence.
